Made it Through Difficult Times,
But Now You're Wondering What's Next for You?
Let's Start Here:
Don't Settle
for Being Resilient.
Not that resilience is a bad thing. It's a good survival instinct to have. You've probably gotten more resilient over time, and it's served you well.
But resilience by itself caps your growth potential.
Imagine if, when life tested you, you could come out the other side not just well, but with more clarity, strength, and confidence than before?
And what if that was just the beginning?

Personal Development
for Thinking People.
There's too much at stake for you to settle for fluff. Not when proven, rational techniques exist, and you can have a coach by your side to help you implement them in your life.
Together we'll free you from fear and uncertainty that keep you stuck, find direction for you in unlikely places, resolve the blind spots and ambivalence that trip you up, and have you jumping out of bed in the morning with a sense of meaning and adventure.
Sound good?
The catch is that it takes more effort than affirmations or wishful thinking.
But it's the most rewarding thing you'll ever do, and you'll do it intelligently and efficiently, and have fun doing it, with an experienced guide next to you.

What to Expect
We'll develop a personalized plan of action together, but clients seeking the most intensive personal development experience generally proceed along a path like this.
Building Your Foundation
Over the first few hours, we'll explore any difficulties you're currently facing, and past ones that have had lasting effects. We'll get you started on some "experiments" to test hypotheses and get you some quick benefits. We can work in person or by video.
Core Self Interview
A three- to four-hour, 14-question interview designed to elicit the information needed for the Core Self Blueprint. Many clients report better insight into themselves than ever, simply from the Interview process. Usually conducted in two parts, due to its intensity.
Core Self Blueprint
A detailed analysis of your unique motivational "signature" and the conflicts between these forces. It provides a framework for our coaching and the compass you'll use to navigate to a new baseline of well-being.
Growth Phase
Informed by your Blueprint, experiments gently and strategically shake things up, hastening the departure of thoughts and behaviors that don't serve you. Then, we build upon that momentum. You’ll have email and text access to me between sessions for real-time support, motivation, and accountability.
Maintenance Phase
For most clients, coaching with me is an invigorating process in which new, currently invisible, opportunities appear regularly. Those can call for lots of celebration, along with new strategies to be seen through.
Other times, clients transition out of the growth phase of work, and we continue having occasional sessions for accountability and fine-tuning adjustments or simply part ways, having shared the journey of a lifetime.
I was in pain and living a life that was clearly unsustainable. Now I am more focused on the things that matter. If you are highly motivated for positive change, and need a true expert to help you on your journey, Jim is an excellent choice.

I had had enough of whatever pattern was keeping me stuck....I am now consistently able to drop into my core self to find out what’s going on for me, and then act (or not, if I choose) on that. No more doubting myself from the get go.

Over the months working with Jim, I have been able to really articulate key goals, align my trajectory to meet them efficiently, and most importantly, do so in a way that makes me happier, less stressed and more satisfied.

With compassion and skill, Jim led us through a number of exercises that helped us tap into our emotional intelligence and provided greater clarity about how to move forward. We still have more ground to cover but I’m grateful for the path that Jim set us on.

I've always struggled with feeling like I wasn't doing enough, not shooting high enough . . . Through Jim's coaching, I've made phenomenal progress in pushing through my self-made obstacles, building new habits, and hitting my true targets.

I brought Jim on to help our team at a time when multiple transitions threatened its stability and effectiveness....He helped us through a challenging time, and he continues to work with our key people to bring out their best. Highly recommended!
